Parking Prize Giveaway Official Rules:

1. You must be a faculty, staff or affiliated staff member at Texas A&M University.

1. • Affiliated staff defined as an employee of support staff, third-party vendors and auxiliary departments listed below:
     • SSC Services for Education
     • Chartwells
     • Texas A&M Sports Properties
     • 12th Man Foundation
     • Association of Former Students
     • Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service
     • Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service
2. You must have a checking account with Aggieland Credit Union or Greater Texas Credit Union to be eligible to enter.
3. You must complete the giveaway form for entry.
4. All accounts must be in good standing.
5. Employees, officials and immediate family members of Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union are not eligible to win.
6. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

Entry Process:

All entries will be selected from among all eligible entries received for the giveaway. All entrants who complete the online entry form, have a checking account and are enrolled in e-statements will receive one entry. Additional entries are gained each time you use your debit card during the promotional period. Entries will begin June 1, 2024 – 12:00 AM and will close August 31, 2024 – 11:59 PM (Central Time).

Prize:

1 on-campus parking pass, worth no more than $550, for the 2024-2025 school year.

• Two prizes will be given away for the Texas A&M University College Station Campus region

• Two prizes will be given away to Texas A&M University Satellite campuses
  • Texas A&M Health Science Center
  • Texas A&M University at Galveston
  • Texas A&M University School of Law
  • Higher Education Center at McAllen - Texas A&M University

Prize money will be made as a payment directly to the individual as a reimbursement with confirmation of paid parking permit. Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable. No substitution of prizes is permitted by Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union. Drawing will be conducted by Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union.

Winner Notification:

Winners will be announced within 4 weeks of end of entry period. Selected entrant will be notified by email and phone within 5 business days of the draw. Selected entrants will be required to acknowledge by email or phone his or her receipt of notification of eligibility for the prize. If no response is received by Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union within five (5) business days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner in a random draw selected by computer from the remaining eligible entries.

General:

Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union is not responsible for any costs associated with claiming any prize. Winners are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any and all taxes, if any, that may result in claiming a prize in the giveaway.

By participating in this giveaway, the winners consent to the use by Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union of their name and photograph for any lawful purpose, without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law. The winners agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules.

Any personally identifiable information collected during an individual’s participation in the giveaway collected and used by Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union and their agents for the purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the giveaway as described in these Official Rules will not be shared with any third party except as required by law, or to conform with legal process or to protect or defend the legal rights or property of Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union or as otherwise set forth in the Privacy Policy .

Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union and each of their respective directors, employees, agents, representatives, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union that may cause this giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted. Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union reserves the right, in their discretion, to suspend or cancel this giveaway at any time if a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or other technical problem of any sort corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of this giveaway. Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union also reserves the right to disqualify, in their sole discretion, any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website, or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules.

By participating in this giveaway, each participant agrees to release and hold Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union and each of their respective directors, employees, agents, representatives, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this giveaway or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

For a list of prize winners or for a copy of these Official Rules and Regulations, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union, Marketing Department, 12544 Riata Vista Circle, Austin, TX 78727 with a written request by Mail in for Rules within one (1) year of the Close Date.

These rules and regulations are subject to all Federal, State and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
