Enroll in Phone Banking

You will be prompted to set up a new Personal Identification Number after validation to enroll. The enrollment process will only take a few minutes to complete. You will first be given a choice to get balances or transaction history, transfers or more options.

Enrollment Process:

  1.  After calling 1-800-749-9732, you may press 1 to access our Phone Banking system. Choose your preferred language of English or Spanish to continue by pressing 1 for English and 2 for Spanish.

  2. If this is the first time that you have called for account information, your initial Personal Identification Number is the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. After you have been validated, you will be required to create a new Personal Identification Number or PIN. Please choose a new number that is personal, but easy to remember.


    Our menu has changed, please listen carefully.
     

    • For account information, press 1 
    • To report a lost or stolen ATM or Debit Card, press 2 
    • For ATM/Debit Card Activation, press 3 
    • To end this call, press 9 or hang up 
    • At any moment during this call, press 0 to speak to a customer service representative 
    • To repeat this menu, enter # 
  3. You will be prompted to access Phone Banking by your Member Number or Social Security Number. 
     
    • To access your account using member number, press 1 
    • To access your account using your social security number, press 2
      • To return to the main menu, press 9
      • To repeat this menu, enter # 
  4. Set your new Personal Identification Number (PIN). The next action will state that your PIN number has expired. This is the indication to create a new PIN to use. 

    • Your PIN Number has expired. If this is your first time using our telephone banking system, for security purposes, we require you to change your personal identification number.
    • Enter your new Personal Identification Number, followed by the # sign 
  5. Confirm your new Personal Identification Number (PIN).
     
    • Your new Personal Identification Number will be changed to: (***) If this is correct, press 1.  
    • To re-enter your Personal Identification Number, press 2.  
    • To cancel this change, press 9. 
    • Your Personal Identification Number has been changed. Please remember to use it next time you call.  
  6. Enrollment has been completed.
