All interactions with Tex are secure by using encryption technology. The software is continuously monitoring for potential security vulnerabilities.
When is Tex available?
Tex is available to our members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Is there a fee to use Tex?
Tex is a complimentary service offered by the credit union to enhance the member experience.
What language can Tex respond to?
Currently, Tex is only able to support English.
Can Tex assist me with opening an account?
Yes! Tex can provide links and direct you to the online membership application to become a member or open a secondary account.
Does Tex ask for any of my personal information?
Tex may ask authentication questions depending on the request received or transaction experience requested.
What if I do not want to use Tex?
If Tex is unable to answer your question, you will be given the option to speak with a member service representative. You can also ask to speak with a representative by following the prompts provided.
